DUE TO A RECENT EVENT THAT HAS MADE OUR FAMILY VERY UNCOMFORTABLE WE WILL NO LONGER BE DOING MEETINGS IN OUR HOME AT THIS TIME. We will meet you at a location in town and bring your puppy with us. Our family safety, comfort and well being is so much more important than that of making a sale. This is our home and our last wish is to make our children or ourselves uncomfortable in the one place in this world that they are meant to feel safe. This will likely change at a later date when we get our new home built and have a specific area for just puppy pick ups but until then a select few have ruined it for the rest. 99% of the people we come in contact with have been amazing the other 1% are the issue. The is the unfortunate world we live in today.

Full rights are available to approved homes for an additional $500 this must be discussed prior to deposit.
A deposit of 200.00 is required to hold the puppy of your choice until they are ready for their new homes.

PLEASE read our pick up and visiting page for our procedures and policies on when and how we handle visits and pick up, BEFORE contacting us to visit or place a deposit.
ALL PUPPIES BEING SOLD WITH OUT REGISTRATION WILL BE ON A STRICT SPAY/NEUTER CONTRACT.
Proof of spay/neuter must be provided by 8 months of age. The sale will not be final until this part of the contract has been met!
Most of our puppies are small and stay small as adult and do NOT reach as safe size for breeding because of this and people not abiding to the pet only policy WITHOUT a strict contract we have now had to add it.
We reserve the right to refuse sell to anyone who we believe isn't going to abide by this contract.
We will at times sell a puppy with full rights to someone that we trust to give them the proper care needed. Vet references, personal references will be required. Experience is a must if you are not experienced or can not provide proof of a good breeding mentor then fully registration will not be considered. Full registration will only be offered on certain litters on a case by case basis.
Full registration will be an additional $500 on top of the pet price.
PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BELOW BEFORE PLACING DEPOSIT...
* As of January 01, 2015 ALL PUPPIES BEING SOLD WITH OUT FULL REGISTRATION WILL BE ON A STRICT SPAY/NEUTER CONTRACT. Proof of the spay/neuter will be required by 8 months of age, if proof is not given by this time then ownership of your puppy will not be transferred, final sale is contingent on the spay/neuter contract. If for a medical reason your puppy can not be spayed/neutered by 8 months of age we will need a letter from your vet stating the medical reason. If you have any questions about this please feel free to contact us. We are sorry it has to be this way but a few dishonest people in this world have ruined it for the good ones.
Sale pending means that we are waiting on a deposit. If the deposit does not reach us in the time given or if the people change their mind the puppy will be available.
